A Search Result Is a Starting Point
The legacy Ellis Clinic page emphasized that the DOL database can contain older information. We kept that warning prominent instead of presenting every search result as a current OWCP provider.
1. Search DOL
Open the official Department of Labor provider search and enter the location or provider information requested.

Use the result to identify possible providers, but do not assume the listing establishes current OWCP participation.
3. Confirm Directly
Contact the provider and ask whether the office currently accepts patients under your Federal Workers' Compensation situation.
Important: Ellis Clinic's existing provider-search guidance states that many providers found in the DOL database may no longer accept Federal Workers' Compensation patients, may no longer be in business, and that the displayed information reflects data associated with prior claim activity. The official DOL search and its instructions remain the authoritative tools linked from this page.
